The Kingdom Of God

Revelation 3:14 these things says the A-men, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation of God

Yeshua the Messiah was the first man to be born of woman and the the Holy Spirit, Yeshua the Messiah was not born of man and woman that is why he was born sinless, had Yeshua the Messiah been born of man and woman, he would have inherited the sinful nature of the natural man, Adam, and would not have been God’s Son, the Messiah.

Yeshua the Messiah was a new creation of man, the Holy Spirit that dwelled in Yeshua the Messiah is what made that new creation, without that new creation the new world would not exist because no one could be born of the Spirit if Yeshua the Messiah was never born.

Yeshua the Messiah is the first man and the last man to ever be born sinless, therefore he is the first and last, the beginning and the end of the new creation of God

After God resurrected Yeshua the Messiah from the dead, the new world began, that is the world that God made through Yeshua the Messiah that is spoken of in the New Testament, the new world are those who are born of the Spirit

Colossians 1:16 for by Yeshua the Messiah were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or authorities, or rulers: all things were created by him, and for him

:17 And he is before all things, and in him all things exist

:18 And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the first born from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence.

Yeshua the Messiah is reigning in all who are born of God by the Holy Spirit that dwells in them.

The kingdom of God is here now, it is not a future event, the kingdom of God dwells inside those who are born of the Spirit

The kingdom of God is not a physical kingdom, it is a spiritual kingdom, all who believe Yeshua is the Messiah that no longer practice sin are born of God, or born of the Spirit, those who are born of the Spirit see the kingdom of God and enter the kingdom of God (John 3:3 & John 3:5)

John 3:3 Yeshua answered and said to Nicodemus, truly, truly, I say to you, unless a man be born from above [born of the Spirit], he cannot see the kingdom of God

John 3:5 Yeshua answered, truly, truly, I say to you, unless a man be born of water and of the Spirit [born of the Spirit], he cannot enter the kingdom of God

John 3:8 The wind blows where it wishes and you hear the sound of it, but do not know where it comes from and where it is going; so is everyone who is born of the Spirit

1 John 5:1 Whosoever believes that Yeshua is the Messiah is born of God [born of the Spirit]

1 John 3:9 – No one born of God practices sin, because His seed [the Holy Spirit] abides in him or her; and he or she cannot sin, because he or she is born of God [born of the Spirit].

1 John 5:18 – We know [absolutely] that anyone born of God [born of the Spirit] does not [deliberately and knowingly] practice committing sin, but the One Who was begotten of God carefully watches over {and} protects him [Christ’s divine presence (the Holy Spirit) within him who is born of God preserves him against the evil], and the wicked one [the natural man] does not lay hold (get a grip) on him {or} touch [him].

The Church Is Spiritual

A church is a group of people, a church is not a building, any group of people can be a church. A Christian is someone that is born of the Spirit (Jn 3:3-8), therefore the Christian church, the church of Yeshua the Messiah is the group of people that are born of the Spirit, the Christian church is spiritual, a Christian does not “go to church”, a Christian is the church.

John 3:3 The Messiah answered and said to Nicodemus, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born from above [born of the Spirit] he cannot see the kingdom of God.

3:4 Nicodemus said to Him, “How can a man be born when he is old? He cannot enter a second time into his mother’s womb and be born, can he?

3:5 The Messiah answered, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit [born of the Spirit] he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.

3:6 That which is born of the flesh [natural birth, born of man and woman] is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit [Spiritual birth, born of God] is spirit.

3:7 Do not be amazed that I said to you, `You must be born from above [born of the Spirit].’

3:8 The wind blows where it wishes and you hear the sound of it, but do not know where it comes from and where it is going; so is everyone who is born of the Spirit.

The Christian church is the group of people that believe God’s Son, Yeshua is the Messiah, that no longer practice sin.

1 John 5:1 Whosoever believes Yeshua is the Messiah is born of God [born of the Spirit].

1 John 3:9 No one who is born of God [born of the Spirit] practices sin, because His seed [the Holy Spirit] abides in him or her; and he or she cannot sin, because he or she is born of God [born of the Spirit].

1 John 5:18 – We know [absolutely] that anyone born of God [born of the Spirit] does not [deliberately and knowingly] practice committing sin, but the One Who was begotten of God carefully watches over {and} protects him [Christ’s divine presence (the Holy Spirit) within him preserves him against the evil], and the wicked one [the spirit of the natural man] does not lay hold (get a grip) on him {or} touch [him].

America Has Never Been A Christian Nation

The land that is called “America” was stolen from the Native Americans. The founders of America weren’t Christian, they used the Bible for selfish reasons, no one led by the Holy Spirit would ever do that.

In the world today there is a large group of people that claim to be Christian that say America is a Christian nation, that America was founded by people that were Christian, that is not true, America has never been a Christian nation.

A Christian is someone that believes Yeshua is the Messiah that no longer practices sin, if the teaching that says, “America is a Christian nation” is true, then the people of America would not practice sin.

The New Testament makes it very clear that a Christian does not practice sin, if anyone that claims to be Christian does any of the things that are listed in 1 Cor. 6:9-10 & Gal 5:19-21, they are not Christian.

1 Cor. 6:9 – do you [those who are born from above (Christian)] not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived; neither fornicators [prostitutes], nor idolaters [an image worshiper], nor adulterers [a man that is guilty with a married woman, a man that lusts after (covets) another man’s wife], nor effeminate [a man that submits his body to unnatural lewdness], nor homosexuals [any person engaging in same-gender sexual activity],

1 Cor. 6:10 – nor thieves [a thief in secret, rather than in the open with violence, an embezzler, a pilferer] nor {the} covetous [greedy of gain, a defrauder, trampling on the rights of others], nor drunkards, nor revilers [reproach (reviling) , injuring another’s reputation by denigrating, abusive insults] nor swindlers [a robber,  an extortioner] will inherit the kingdom of God.

Gal. 5:19 – Now the deeds of the flesh are evident, which are: immorality [fornication, whoredom, surrendering of sexual purity, any (every) type of promiscuity], impurity [in a moral sense, the impurity of lustful, luxurious, profligate living],  sensuality [lewdness],

Gal. 5:20 – idolatry [image worship], sorcery [the practice of magical arts], enmities [hostility, hatred], strife [a contentious spirit, affection for dispute], jealousy [rivalry], outbursts of anger [anger that comes from the flesh, selfish anger], disputes [selfish rivalry, self seeking], dissensions [divisions which wrongly divide people into pointless factions], factions [a self-chosen opinion, a religious or philosophical sect, discord or contention].

Gal. 5:21 – envying [being glad when someone experiences misfortune or pain],  murders [intentional unjustified homicide], drunkenness [deep drinking, intoxication] carousing [unbridled sexual immorality, debauched partying] and things like these, of which I forewarn you, just as I have forewarned you, that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God.

A Christian is someone that believes Yeshua is the Messiah that no longer practices sin.

1 John 5:1 – Everyone who believes Yeshua is the Messiah is born of God [born of the Spirit].

1 John 3:9 – No one who is born of God practices sin, because His seed [the Holy Spirit] abides in him or her; and he or she cannot sin, because he or she is born of God [born of the Spirit].

1 John 5:18 – We know [absolutely] that anyone born of God [born of the Spirit] does not [deliberately and knowingly] practice committing sin, but the One Who was begotten of God carefully watches over {and} protects him [Christ’s divine presence within him preserves him against the evil], and the wicked one does not lay hold (get a grip) on him {or} touch [him].

In the world today there is a large group of people that claim to be Christian that say, America is a Christian nation, that America was founded by people that were Christian, that is not true, America has never been a Christian nation.

A Christian is someone that is led by the Holy Spirit, no one led by the Holy Spirit will ever say, “America is, or has been a Christian nation”, because that is not true. No one led by the Holy Spirit will ever say something that is not true.

If someone claims to be Christian and says something that is not true, the person is not led by the Holy Spirit, the person is led by the flesh, those who are led by the flesh are not the children of God.

Romans 8:13 – For if you live according to [the dictates of] the flesh, you will surely die. But if through the power of the [Holy] Spirit you are [habitually] putting to death (making extinct, deadening) the [evil] deeds prompted by the body, you shall [really and genuinely] live forever.

Romans 8:14 – For all who are led by the Spirit of God [the Holy Spirit] are the children of God.

In the world today there are many people that claim to be Christian that say it is ok for there to be different denominations in the church, that it is ok for a Christian to believe something different than what another Christian believes, but the Bible does not support different denominations in the church, 1 Corinthians 1:10 says that the church is supposed to believe the same thing.

1 Cor. 1:10 – But I urge {and} entreat you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Yeshua the Messiah, that all of you be in perfect harmony {and} full agreement in what you say, and that there be no dissensions {or} factions {or} divisions among you, but that you be perfectly united in your common understanding and in your opinions {and} judgments.

In the world today there are many people that claim to be Christian that say, “a Christian is a sinner saved by grace”, but the Bible does not agree with that teaching, here is a link to my post that will show why the teaching that says, “A Christian is a sinner saved by grace”, is falsehttps://bornfromabove7.wordpress.com/category/a-christian-doesnt-practice-sin/

Yeshua Isn’t The Name That Is Above Every Name

There’s more than one “Yeshua” in the bible, so Yeshua can’t be the name that’s above every name that God gave His Son, the name that’s above every name, is the name “Christ” (Matt 24:5)

For those who don’t know, the word “Christ” means “the Messiah”

Matt 24:5 – For many shall come in my name, saying I am the Messiah

The letter “J” didn’t exist during the time of the Apostles, therefore they never said the name “Jesus”, that is why I use the Aramaic name ” Yeshua” in this post, since the Holy Spirit never had the Apostles say Jesus is the name of the Son of God, I don’t say that either.

Phil 2:9-10 – God highly exalted him [Yeshua] and bestowed on him the name which is above every name, that at the name of Yeshua [the name of Yeshua is the Messiah] every knee should bow and every tongue confess that Yeshua the Messiah is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

In order for a person to be born of God, a person must believe that God’s Son, Yeshua is the Messiah, no one has to believe in the name “Yeshua” to be born of God.

Jn 20:31 – these have been written that you might believe that Yeshua is the Messiah, the Son of God and that believing you might have life in his name

The statement “in his name” in John 20:31 is referring to believing Yeshua is the Messiah, it is not referring to believing in the name “Yeshua”

1 Jn 5:1 – Everyone who believes Yeshua is the Messiah is born of God [born of the Spirit].

1 Jn 3:9 – No one who is born of God practices sin, because His seed [the Holy Spirit] abides in him or her; and he or she cannot sin, because he or she is born of God [born of the Spirit].

1 Jn 5:18 – We know [absolutely] that anyone born of God [born of the Spirit] does not [deliberately and knowingly] practice committing sin, but the One Who was begotten of God carefully watches over {and} protects him [Christ’s divine presence (the Holy Spirit) within him who is born of God preserves him against the evil], and the wicked one [the spirit of the natural man] does not lay hold (get a grip) on him {or} touch [him].

A Christian is someone that believes Yeshua is the Messiah, that no longer practices sin.

A Christian is led by the Holy Spirit, no one led by the Holy Spirit will ever say, “a person has to believe in the name Yeshua to be Christian” because that isn’t the name that is above every name that God gave His Son. No one led by the Holy Spirit will ever say something that is not the true.

If someone claims to be Christian and says something that is not true, the person is not led by the Holy Spirit, the person is led by the flesh, those who are led by the flesh are not the children of God.

Rom 8:14 – For as many as are led by the Spirit of God [the Holy Spirit], they are the children of God.

Predestination Is True

For whom God foreknew (of whom He was aware and loved beforehand) He also destined from the beginning (foreordaining them) to be molded into the image of His Son (and share inwardly his likeness), that he might become the firstborn among many brethren (Rom 8:29)

Rom 8:30 – And those whom God thus predestined, He also called; and those whom He called, He also justified (acquitted, made righteous, putting them into right standing with Himself). And those whom God justified, He also glorified [raising them to a heavenly dignity and condition or state of being].

Rom 8:29-30 makes it very clear that God has predestined His chosen people to be born of the Spirit, and that there is nothing anyone can do to be born of the Spirit, God does all the work, God persuades His chosen vessel to believe His Son is the Messiah, and then God baptizes His chosen vessel in the Holy Spirit, and then God, by the Holy Spirit makes His chosen vessel stop practicing sin.

Those who believe Yeshua is the Messiah that stop practicing sin are the people who God has predestined to be born of the Spirit, that are spoken of in Rom 8:29-30.

Rom 8:29-30 speaks of the people who the Saviour will save from their sins, that are spoken of in Matt 1:21.

Matt 1:21 makes it very clear that the Saviour (the Messiah) will not save everyone from their sins, that he only will save “his” people from their sins, the Saviour’s people are the people who God gave him to save (Jn 17:2).

Matt 1:21, John 17:2 and John 17:6 make it very clear that the Saviour (the Messiah) will not die for everyone, those verses prove that the teaching that says, “Christ (the Messiah) died for everyone”  is false.

Matt 1:21 – And she [Mary] shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name Saviour: for he shall save his people from their sins.

Jn 17:2 – even as You [God] gave him [the Messiah] authority over all flesh, that to all whom You have given him, he may give eternal life.

Jn 17:6 – I have manifested Your name to the men whom You gave me out of the world; they were Yours and You gave them to me, and they have kept Your word.

In the world today there is a large group of people who claim to be Christian that say,”God gave everyone freewill, and that God foreknew (knew beforehand), who by the freewill that God gave them, would choose to be born of the Spirit”, but the Bible does not agree with that teaching.

The word “predestined” means that God chose beforehand who would be born of the Spirit, the word “predestined” does not mean God knew beforehand who would choose to be born of the Spirit, the Bible makes it very clear that no one, but God, makes the choice in who is born of the Spirit (born of God) (John 1:13)

Prov 16:9 – The mind of man plans his way, but the LORD determines his steps.

Jn 1:12 – But to as many as did receive {and} welcome the Messiah, he gave the authority (power, privilege, right) to become the children of God, that is, to those who believe in (adhere to, trust in, and rely on) his name [to those who believe Yeshua is the Messiah]

Jn 1:13 – Who owe their birth neither to bloods [natural birth, born of man & woman] nor to the will of the flesh [that of physical impulse] nor to the will of man [that of a natural father], but to God. [They are born of God!]

Jn 6:65 No one can come to me [the Messiah] unless it has been granted from God.

Acts 13:48 and Ephesians 1:11 prove the truth that those who are born of the Spirit have been predestined (have been chosen beforehand) by God to be born of the Spirit.

Acts 13:48 – And when the Gentiles [non-Jews, heathen world] heard this, they rejoiced and glorified (praised and gave thanks for) the word of the Lord [the gospel]; and as many as were destined (appointed and ordained) to eternal life believed (adhered to, trusted in, and relied on Yeshua as the Messiah and their Savior).

Eph 1:11 – In him we [those who are born of the Spirit] also were made [God’s] heritage (portion) {and} we obtained an inheritance; for we had been foreordained (chosen and appointed beforehand) in accordance with His purpose, Who works out everything in agreement with the counsel {and} design of His [own] will.

The Bible says everything that happens, happens because God has predestined it to happen, which means God makes the choice in everything that happens in everyone’s life. Acts 4:27-28 says that God made Herod do everything that he did (Herod killed children), and Acts 4:27-28 says that God made man kill His Son, because that was all predestined by God to happen.

Acts 4:27-28 For truly in this city there were gathered together against Thy holy child Yeshua, whom Thou didst anoint both Herod & Pontius Pilate, along with the nations, & the peoples of Israel, to do whatever Thy hand & purpose PREDESTINED to occur.

Rom 9:17-18 makes it very clear that God is the One that makes the choice in who is born of the Spirit and who is not.

Rom 9:17-18 – For the scripture says to Pharoah, For this very purpose I [God] raised you up, to demonstrate My power in you, and that My name might be proclaimed in all the earth. So then God has mercy on whom He desires and He hardens whom He desires.

This is how you know if you are born of God

1 Jn 5:1 – Whoever believes that Yeshua is the Messiah is born of God [born of the Spirit].

1 Jn 3:9 – No one born of God practices sin, because His seed [the Holy Spirit] abides in him or her; and he or she cannot sin, because he or she is born of God [born of the Spirit].

1 Jn 5:18 – We know [absolutely] that anyone born of God [born of the Spirit] does not [deliberately and knowingly] practice committing sin, but the One Who was begotten of God carefully watches over {and} protects him [Christ’s divine presence (the Holy Spirit) within him who is born from above preserves him against the evil], and the wicked one [the spirit of the natural man] does not lay hold (get a grip) on him {or} touch [him].

In the world today there is a large group of people who claim to be Christian that say,”God gave everyone freewill, and that God foreknew (knew beforehand), who by the freewill that God gave them, would choose to be born of the Spirit”, but the Bible does not agree with that teaching.

A Christian is someone who is led by the Holy Spirit, no one led by the Holy Spirit will ever say,”God gave everyone freewill, and that God foreknew (knew beforehand), who by the freewill that God gave them, would choose to be born of the Spirit”, because that does not agree with what the Bible says. No one led by the Holy Spirit will ever say something that does not agree with what the Bible says.

If someone claims to be Christian and says something that does not agree with the truth that is written in the Bible, the person is not led by the Holy Spirit, the person is led by the flesh, those who are led by the flesh are not the children of God.

Rom 8:14 – For all who are led by the Spirit of God are the children of God.

In the world today there are many people who claim to be Christian that say it is ok for there to be different denominations in the church, that it is ok for a Christian to believe something different from what another Christian believes, but the Bible does not support different denominations in the church, 1 Corinthians 1:10 says that the church is supposed to believe the same thing.

Revelation Is About The Roman World, Not The Planet

Col 1:23 says the gospel was preached to every creature under heaven, so what Christ spoke in Matt 24:14 in regards to preaching the gospel was done by the time that Colossians was written. Col 1:23 Be not moved away from the hope of the gospel, which you have heard and which was preached to every creature under heaven.

When it comes to reading Revelation it’s important to understand that the words “whole world” in Rev 12:9 and Rev 16:14 are talking about the Roman world, not the planet.

The English New Testament comes from the Greek New Testament, therefore the truth is found in the Greek text, if the English New Testament agrees with what the Greek text says, then the English translation is the truth.

There are errors in every English Bible due to the translators not translating words correctly, and because of those errors, many people have been led to believe things about the New Testament that are false.

The Greek word, “oikoumene” for the words “whole world” in Matt 24:14, Rev 12:9, and Rev 16:14, is referring to the Roman world, not the planet.

When that truth is understood, then the reader can see that the New Testament wasn’t written for our time period, that Matt 24:14 doesn’t say the gospel has to be preached to everyone on the planet and then the planet will be destroyed, and that Revelation wasn’t written after AD 70.

Rev 1:1 says that the things written in Revelation are to happen quickly, Revelation was written to only 7 churches (7 groups of people) that were in Asia that were alive during the time that Revelation was written, therefore Revelation is not about our time period.

Revelation was written before the destruction of Jerusalem, Jerusalem was destroyed in AD 70.

Rev 1:1 – [This is] the revelation of Yeshua Christ [his unveiling of the divine mysteries]. God gave it to Christ to disclose {and} make known to His [God’s] bond servants certain things which must shortly {and} speedily come to pass in their entirety.

Rev 1:1 makes it very clear that everything that is written in Revelation happened after Christ was resurrected, therefore nothing in Rev 12 is about before the creation of man, or about before Christ was born, that means that the woman is Rev 12 is not Mary, the child is not Christ and the devil, satan isn’t a fallen angel.

Rev 1:4  John to the seven assemblies (churches) that are in Asia

Rev 1:11  Write promptly what you see (your vision) in a book and send it to the seven churches {which are in Asia}–to Ephesus and to Smyrna and to Pergamum and to Thyatira and to Sardis and to Philadelphia and to Laodicea.

Rev 1:4 and Rev 1:11 make it very clear that Revelation is only for the 7 churches that were in Asia that were alive during the time that Revelation was written, therefore Revelation is not about our time period.

Rev 4:1 – After this I looked, and behold, a door standing open in heaven! And the first voice which I had heard addressing me like [the calling of] a war trumpet said, Come up here, and I will show you what must take place in the future.

“The future” that is spoken of in Rev 4:1 isn’t about the future in regards to our time period, the future is in regards to John’s time period.

Revelation talks about things that happened before Jerusalem was destroyed, talks about the destruction of Jerusalem, talks about the day of the Lord that happened after Jerusalem was destroyed, and talks about the new world system that 2 Peter 3:13 talks about, that happened after the day of the Lord.

The tribulation that is spoken about in Matt 24:21 happened when Jerusalem was destroyed in AD 70, the day of the Lord happened immediately after Jerusalem was destroyed, and after the day of the Lord, God created the new world system that is spoken of in 2 Peter 3:13.

So, when we put Matt 24:14 together with Revelation we can see that Revelation is talking about the same thing that Christ spoke about in Matt 24.

Matt 24:14 – And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world [oikoumene – Roman world] for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end [of the age] come.

The “end” that is spoken of in Matt 24:14, is the “end of the age” that is spoken of in Matt 24:3.

The Greek word for the word “world” in Matt 24:3 is “aion” or “age”, the word “aion” or “age” is referring to a time period, the word “aion” is not referring to the entire planet.

The end of the “age” that is spoken of in Matt 24:3 is the end of the age of the law, the age of the law ended when the temple was destroyed in AD 70.

The term “last days” in the New Testament refers to the time period between the time that the gospel was preached to the Jews and to the Roman world, up until the time that the temple was destroyed. We are not in the last days.

Col 1:23 says the gospel was preached to every creature under heaven, so what Christ spoke in Matt 24:14 in regards to preaching the gospel was done by the time that Colossians was written

Col 1:23 – Be not moved away from the hope of the gospel, which you have heard and which was preached to every creature under heaven.

Rev 7:14 talks about the “tribulation” that Christ spoke about in about in Matt 24:21, Rev 7:14 proves the truth that Revelation was written before AD 70, and Rev 11:2 talks about the destruction of Jerusalem before it happened, Rev 11:2 proves Revelation was written before AD 70.

Matt 24:21 – For then there will be great tribulation (affliction, distress, and oppression) such as has not been from the beginning of the world until now–no, and never will be [again].

Rev 7:14 – I [John] replied, Sir, you know, And he said to me, These are they who have come out of the great tribulation (persecution), and have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb [Christ].

Rev 11:2 – Leave out the court which is outside the temple & don’t measure it, for it has been given to the nations; & they will tread under foot the holy city (Jerusalem) for 42  months.

Lk 21:6 & Lk 21:20 are talking about the destruction of Jerusalem. The “tribulation” that is spoken of in Matt 24:21 is the destruction of Jerusalem.

It took the Romans three and a half years (42 months) to destroy Jerusalem.

Lk 21:6 – As for all this that you [thoughtfully] look at, the time will come when there shall not be left here one stone upon another that will not be thrown down.

Lk 21:20 – But when you [the disciples] see Jerusalem surrounded by armies, then know {and} understand that her desolation has come near.

Matt 24,29-30 is talking about the day of the Lord, the “tribulation” that is spoken of in Matt 24:29 is the destruction of Jerusalem, the day of the Lord was to happen immediately after Jerusalem was destroyed.

Matt 24:29 – Immediately after the tribulation of those days the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not shed its light, and the stars will fall from the sky, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken.

Matt 24:30 – Then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in the sky, and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn {and} beat their breasts {and} lament in anguish, and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory [in brilliancy and splendor].

Matt 24:34 – Truly I say to you, this generation will not pass away until all these things [the destruction of Jerusalem and the day of the Lord] take place.

The statement, “this generation will not pass until all these things take place” in Matt 24:34 is referring to the time period of the disciples, it is not referring to our time period, we are not that generation, we are not in the “last days”.

Now, onto Rev 12:9. Rev 12:9 is talking about the Roman world, the dragon is Rome, the devil, satan in Revelation is Rome, not a fallen angel. The leaders of Rome deceived the whole Roman world that’s what Rev 12:9 is saying.

Rev 12:3 – Then another ominous sign (wonder) was seen in heaven [the sky]: Behold, a huge, fiery-red dragon, with seven heads and ten horns, and seven kingly crowns (diadems) upon his heads [Rome].

Rev 12:4 – His tail swept [across the sky] {and} dragged down a third of the stars and flung them to the earth. And the dragon [Rome] stationed himself in front of the woman who was about to be delivered, so that he might devour her child as soon as she brought it forth.

Rev 12:5 – And she brought forth a male Child, One Who is destined to shepherd (rule) all the nations with an iron staff (scepter), and her Child was caught up to God and to His throne.

Rev 12:6 – And the woman [herself] fled into the desert (wilderness), where she has a retreat prepared [for her] by God, in which she is to be fed {and} kept safe for 1,260 days (42 months; three and one-half years).

Remember, it took the Romans 42 months to destroy Jerusalem, Rev 12:6 is talking about the time, during the time that Jerusalem would be destroyed, before it happened. Rev 12:6 proves Revelation was written before AD 70.

Rev 12:7 – Then war broke out in heaven; Michael and his angels [messengers] went forth to battle with the dragon [Rome], and the dragon [Rome] and his angels [messengers] fought.

The Greek word for “heaven” in Rev 12:7-8 is singular, which means that Rev 12:7-8 is not talking about “the heavens” (the place where God dwells), in the heavens there is no sin, the Bible makes that very clear, so Rev 12:7-8 can’t be talking about a war between a sinful angel and Michael the Archangel that happened in the heavens.

Ps 103:20 says “angels obey God”, therefore none of the angels (celestial beings sinned).

Ps 103:19 – The Lord has established His throne in the heavens, and His kingdom rules over all.

Ps 103:20 – Bless (affectionately, gratefully praise) the Lord, you His angels, you mighty ones who do His commandments, hearkening to the voice of His word.

Ps 10:21 – Bless (affectionately, gratefully praise) the Lord, all you His hosts, you His ministers who do His pleasure.

Rev 12:8  But they were defeated, and there was no room found for them in heaven any longer.

Rev 12:9  And the great dragon [Rome] was cast out, that old serpent [the deceiver], called the devil [false accuser], and satan [adversary], which deceiveth the whole world [oikoumene – Roman world], he was cast out to the earth [the land, and his angels [messengers] were cast out with him.

The serpent in Genesis deceived Eve, the dragon (Rome) was a deceiver that is why the dragon is called “that old serpent” in Rev 12:9. Rev 12:9 isn’t saying “the dragon was the serpent that deceived Eve”, remember Rev 4:1 says that all of this was to happen in the future of John’s time period, therefore nothing in Rev 12 is talking about before the creation of man, or about before Christ was born.

Now, onto Rev 16:14, just like Rev 12:9, Rev 16:14 is talking about the Roman world, not the planet.

Rev 16:12 – Then the sixth [angel] emptied his bowl on the mighty river Euphrates, and its water was dried up to make ready a road for [the coming of] the kings of the east (from the rising sun).

Rev 16:13 – And I saw three loathsome spirits like frogs, [leaping] from the mouth of the dragon [Rome] and from the mouth of the beast [the Roman Empire] and from the mouth of the false prophet.

Rev 16:14 – For really they are the spirits of demons that perform signs (wonders, miracles). And they go forth to the rulers {and} leaders all over the world [oikoumene – Roman world], to gather them together for war on the great day of God the Almighty [the day of the Lord].

In regards to the word “demon”, or “demons” in the New Testament, the word for “demon” in Greek is neuter gender, this is important to understand, because the Greek word for “angel”, or “angels” is masculine gender in the New Testament, that means that “demons” are not fallen angels & that means, “the spirits of demons” in Rev 16:14 aren’t fallen angels.

So, now that we know that the devil, satan in Revelation is Rome, then the devil that is spoken about in Rev 20 is Rome, not a fallen angel. Rome is thrown into the lake of fire in Rev 20:10, and the ungodly people who are spoken about in 2 Peter 3:7 that are to be destroyed by fire, are the people who are in the lake of fire that are spoken of in Rev 20:15.

Rev 20:1 – Then I saw an angel coming down from heaven, holding the key of the abyss and a great chain in his hand.

Rev 20:2  And he laid hold of the dragon [Rome], the serpent of old [the deceiver], who is the devil [false accuser] and satan [adversary], and bound him for a thousand years;

Rev 20:3 – and he threw him into the abyss, and shut {it} and sealed {it} over him, so that he [Rome] would not deceive the nations any longer, until the thousand years were completed; after these things he must be released for a short time.

Rev 20:7 – When the thousand years are completed, satan [Rome] will be released from his prison,

Rev 20:10 – And the devil [Rome] who deceived them was thrown into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast [the Roman Empire] and the false prophet are also; and they will be tormented day and night forever and ever.

Rev 20:15 – And if anyone’s name was not found written in the book of life, he was thrown into the lake of fire.

The ungodly people who are spoken about in 2 Peter 3:7 that are to be destroyed by fire, are the people who are in the lake of fire that are spoken of in Rev 20:15.

Rev 21-22:5 speak of the new heavens and new earth (the new world system) that is written about in 2 Peter 3:13.

So, Revelation is a prophecy about what was supposed to happen before Jerusalem was destroyed. Revelation is a prophecy about the destruction of Jerusalem. Revelation is a prophecy about the day of the Lord that happened after Jerusalem was destroyed, and Revelation is a prophecy of the new heavens and earth that are written about in 2 Peter 3:13.

Jerusalem was destroyed in AD 70, that means that everything in Revelation has already happened.

The truth is, Revelation was not written about our time period, Revelation was written to only seven churches in Asia that were alive during the time that Revelation was written (Rev 1:4 & Rev 1:11).

Rev 1:4  John to the seven churches which are in Asia

Rev 1:11 what you see, write in a book, and send it to the seven churches which are in Asia: to Ephesus and to Smyrna and to Pergamum and to Thyatira and to Sardis and to Philadelphia and to Laodicea.

Everything that is written in Revelation was to happen quickly (Rev 1:1, Rev 22:10, Rev 22:12 & Rev 22:20).

Rev 1:1  The Revelation of Yeshua Christ [the Messiah], which God gave unto Christ, to shew unto his [God’s] servants things which must shortly come to pass

Rev 22:10  Do not seal up the words of the prophecy of this book, for the time is near.

Rev 22:12  Behold, I [Christ] am coming quickly, and my reward {is} with me, to render to every man according to what he has done.

Rev 22:16   I, Yeshua, have sent my messenger (angel) to you to witness {and} to give you assurance of these things for the churches (assemblies). I am the Root (the Source) and the Offspring of David, the radiant {and} brilliant Morning Star.

Since Rev 1:4 and Rev 1:11 say Revelation is written to 7 churches in Asia, then the “churches” that are spoken of in Rev 22:16 are the 7 churches that the book is written to and no one else.

Revelation was written before AD 70, that means that everything in Revelation has already happened.

Anyone that says Revelation is about our time period is adding to the book, Rev 22:18 is a warning to anyone that adds to the book.

Rev 22:18 – I testify to everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: if anyone adds to them, God will add to him the plagues which are written in this book;

Rev 22:19 – and if anyone takes away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God will take away his part from the tree of life and from the holy city, which are written in this book.

Rev 22:20 – He who testifies to these things says, “Yes, I am coming quickly. Amen. Come, Lord Yeshua.

The teaching that says, “the tribulation” hasn’t happened” is false.
The teaching that says, “the day of the Lord hasn’t happened” is false.
The teaching that says, “the gospel has to be preached to everyone on the planet, and then the planet will be destroyed” is false.

The teaching that says, “Revelation was written after AD 70″ is false.

2 Peter 3:7 isn’t about the planet being destroyed by fire, 2 Peter 3:7 is about people being destroyed by fire, those people were destroyed after Jerusalem was destroyed, here is a link to my post that will show that “the day of the Lord” that is spoken of in 2 Peter 3:10 has already happened https://bornfromabove7.wordpress.com/2014/09/22/the-day-of-the-lord-has-already-happened/

John 3:5 Isn’t Talking About Water From The Womb

In Jn 3:5 there’s a conjunctive relationship between “water” and “Spirit” and in Jn 3:6 there’s a contrastive relationship between “flesh” and “Spirit”, therefore “water” in verse 5 can’t be equated with “flesh” in verse 6, which means Jn 3:5 isn’t talking about water from the mother’s womb.

In Jn 3:5 Christ isn’t talking about 2 births, he is talking about 1 birth, he is talking about being born from above. In Jn 3:5 “water” refers to being born of the Spirit, therefore water and Spirit are the same thing, Jn 3:6-8 confirms that truth.

The letter “J’ did not exist during the time of the Apostles, therefore they never said the English name “Jesus”, since the Apostles never said the name “Jesus”, neither do I, during the time of the Apostles, the Jews spoke Aramaic, the Aramaic name of the Lord is Yeshua.

Jn 3:5 – Yeshua answered, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit he cannot enter into the kingdom of God”

Jn 3:6 – That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.

Jn 3:7 – Do not be amazed that I said to you, `You must be born from above’.

Jn 3:8 – The wind blows where it wishes and you hear the sound of it, but do not know where it comes from and where it is going; so is everyone who is born of the Spirit.

It is often said that “water” in John 3:5 is referring to water from the mother’s womb, but that teaching can’t be true because John 3:6-8 makes it very clear that “water” and “Spirit” (John 3:5), are referring to being born of the Spirit.

To be born of the Spirit, one must first believe that God’s Son, Yeshua is the Messiah, and then, God willing, God will baptize the person in the Holy Spirit.

The baptism in the Holy Spirit is what makes a person born of the Spirit, without being baptized in the Holy Spirit, no one can stop practicing sin, the baptism in the Holy Spirit is the repentance that leads to life (Acts 11:15-18).

Acts 11:15 – And as I [Peter] began to speak, the Holy Spirit fell upon them [the non-Jews] just as {He did} upon us at the beginning.

Acts 11:16 – And I [Peter] remembered the word of the Lord, how he used to say, `John baptized with water, but you will be baptized in the Holy Spirit

Acts 11:17 – Therefore if God gave to them [the non-Jews] the same gift as {He gave} to us also after believing in the Lord Yeshua the Messiah (Christ), who was I that I could stand in God’s way?

Acts 11:18 – When they heard this, they quieted down and glorified God, saying, “Well then, God has granted to the non-Jews also the repentance {that leads} to life.

Only those who believe Yeshua is the Messiah that no longer practice sin are baptized in the Holy Spirit. The baptism in the Holy Spirit is what makes a person born of God.

Jn 20:31 these have been written that you may believe that Yeshua is the Messiah (the Christ), the Son of God and that believing you may have life in his name.

The statement “in his name” in John 20:31 is referring to believing that Yeshua is the Messiah, it is not referring to believing in the name Yeshua, no one has to believe in the name Yeshua to be born of God.

No one has to say a prayer, confess sin, or be water baptized to be born of God.

1 Jn 5:1 Whosoever believes Yeshua is the Messiah is born of God [born of the Spirit].

1 Jn 3:9 – No one who is born of God [born of the Spirit] practices sin, because His seed [the Holy Spirit] abides in him or her; and he or she cannot sin, because he or she is born of God [born of the Spirit].

“Yeshua” is not the name that is above every name that God gave His Son, the name that is above every name that God gave His Son, is the name “Christ” or “the Messiah” that’s what Philippians 2:9-10 says https://bornfromabove7.wordpress.com/2014/10/16/yeshua-isnt-the-name-that-is-above-every-name/

John 3:5 Isn’t Talking About Water Baptism

In Jn 3:5 Christ is talking about being born from above. In Jn 3:5 “water” refers to being born of the Spirit, therefore water and Spirit are the same thing, Jn 3:6-8 confirms that truth.

Nicodemus was the teacher of Israel (Jn 3:10), therefore he should have known that Christ was referring to Ezek 36:25-27 when Christ said “water and Spirit” when referring to being born from above, in John 3:5-8.

Ezek 36:25 – Then will I [God] sprinkle clean water upon you, and you shall be clean: from all your filthiness, and from all your idols, will I cleanse you.

Ezek 36:26 – A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh.

Ezek 36:27 – And I will put my spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes, and you shall keep my judgments, and do them.

It is often said that “water” in John 3:5 is referring to water baptism, but that teaching can’t be true because John 3:6-8 makes it very clear that “water” and “Spirit” (John 3:5), are referring to being born of the Spirit.

No one has to be water baptized to be born of the Spirit.

To be born of the Spirit, one must first believe that God’s Son, Yeshua is the Messiah, and then, God willing, God will baptize the person in the Holy Spirit.

The baptism in the Holy Spirit is was makes a person born of the Spirit, without being baptized in the Holy Spirit, no one can stop practicing sin, the baptism in the Holy Spirit is the repentance that leads to life (Acts 11:15-18).

1 Jn 5:1 – Whosoever believes Yeshua is the Messiah is born of God [born of the Spirit].

1 Jn 3:9 – No one who is born of God [born of the Spirit] practices sin, because His seed [the Holy Spirit] abides in him or her; and he or she cannot sin, because he or she is born of God [born of the Spirit].

Revelation 3:10 Is About The Roman World

Revelation was written to only 7 churches that existed during the time Revelation was written, therefore Revelation isn’t about our time period. Rev 3:10 proves the truth that Revelation is about the Roman world, not the planet.

Rev 1:1  [This is] the revelation of Yeshua Christ [his unveiling of the divine mysteries]. God gave it to Christ to disclose {and} make known to His [God’s] bond servants certain things which must shortly {and} speedily come to pass in their entirety.

Rev 3:7  to the angel (messenger) of the assembly (church) in Philadelphia write: These are the words of the Holy One, the True One, He Who has the key of David, Who opens and no one shall shut, Who shuts and no one shall open:

Rev 3:8  I know your [record of] works {and} what you are doing. See! I have set before you a door wide open which no one is able to shut; I know that you have but little power, and yet you have kept [guarded, didn’t change] my Word and have not renounced {or} denied my name.

Rev 3:9  Take note! I will make those of the synagogue of satan [the adversary] who say they are Jews and are not, but lie–behold, I will make them come and bow down before your feet and learn {and} acknowledge that I have loved you.

Rev 3:10  Because you have kept [guarded, didn’t change] my word of patient endurance [have held fast the lesson of my patience with the expectant endurance that I give you], I also will keep [guard] you from the hour of trial (testing) which is about to happen to the whole world [the Roman world] to try those dwelling upon the earth [land].

The Greek word, “oikoumene” for the words “whole world” in Rev 3:10 is referring to the Roman world, not the planet. When that truth is understood, the reader can clearly see that Christ is not saying, “I will keep [guard] you from the hour of trial which is about to happen to everyone on the planet”, which shows the reader that Revelation is not talking about the planet, Revelation is talking about the Roman World that existed during the time that Revelation was written.

For many years I believed Revelation is about things that would happen during our time period because that is what the majority of people who claim to be Christian teach, but upon further study of Revelation it’s very clear that Revelation is not about our time period, that Revelation is about things that were about to happen during the time that the seven churches in Asia were alive.

The gospel had been preached to every creature under heaven by the time that Colossians was written, here is a link to my post that will show that the gospel has already been preached, that the tribulation has already happened, that the day of the Lord has already happened and that Revelation is not written about our time period https://bornfromabove7.wordpress.com/2014/10/03/revelation-is-about-the-roman-world-not-the-planet/

In Revelation 21 “new Jerusalem” doesn’t have a physical temple, which means that the temple doesn’t have to be rebuilt in Jerusalem before Christ returns, here is a link to my post that will show that “new Jerusalem” that is spoken about in Rev 21 is happening now https://bornfromabove7.wordpress.com/2014/10/05/in-revelation-jerusalem-doesnt-have-a-physical-temple/

False Gospel / True Gospel

The gospel of Jesus is the exact opposite of the gospel of Yeshua the Messiah, the gospel of Jesus is false, while the gospel of Yeshua the Messiah is true

The letter “J” did not exist during the time of the Apostles, therefore they never said the name “Jesus”, that’s why I use the Aramaic name “Yeshua” in this post.

The gospel of Jesus says, “say the sinner’s prayer and you will be born of the Spirit”,

Yeshua never said anyone has to say a prayer to be born of the Spirit (Jn 3:8)

John 3:8 The wind blows where it wishes and you hear the sound of it, but do not know where it comes from and where it is going; so is everyone who is born of the Spirit

The gospel of Jesus says, God gave man freewill to choose Christ,
Yeshua said, no one can come to me unless it has been granted from God (Jn 6:65)

The gospel of Jesus says, anyone that believes in the name “Jesus” will be born of the Spirit,
Yeshua said those that believe that He is the Messiah that don’t practice sin are born of the Spirit (Matt 7:21-23)

Matt 7:21 Not everyone that says to me, Lord, Lord, shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven [the will of God that the Messiah speaks of, is not to practice sin]

Matt 7:22 – Many will say to me on that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in your name and driven out demons in your name and done many mighty works in your name?

Matt 7:23 –  And then I will say to them openly (publicly), I never knew you; depart from me, you who act wickedly [disregarding my commands].

Only those who believe that God’s Son, Yeshua is the Messiah that don’t practice sin, are born of God.

Jn 20:31 these have been written that you may believe that Yeshua is the Messiah (the Christ), the Son of God and that believing you may have life in his name

The statement “in his name” in John 20:31 is referring to believing that Yeshua is the Messiah, it is not referring to believing in the name “Yeshua”, no one has to believe in the name Yeshua to be born of God.

1 Jn 5:1 Everyone that believes Yeshua is the Messiah is born of God [born of the Spirit].

The gospel of Jesus says, “Jesus died for everyone”,
Yeshua said, He was going to die for the sheep (Jn 10:15)

The sheep are the people that believe Yeshua is the Messiah that don’t practice sin

Those who preach the gospel of Jesus preach another gospel, Gal 1:8 is a warning to anyone that preaches another gospel

No one led by the Spirit will ever preach the gospel of Jesus because that is not the gospel that was preached by the Apostles

Gal 1:8 – But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel to you than that which we have preached to you, let him be accursed

All who believe in Christ, aren’t made alive in Christ https://bornfromabove7.wordpress.com/2014/09/20/all-who-believe-in-christ-arent-made-alive-in-christ/
