In Revelation 19, The “Whore” Is Jerusalem

Rev 19:2 For true & righteous are His (God’s) judgments: for He has judged the great whore (Jerusalem), who corrupted the earth (the land) with her fornication, & has avenged the blood of His servants on her.

Rev 19:1 And after these things I heard a great voice of much people in the heaven [the sky], saying, Alleluia; Salvation, and glory, and honour, and power, unto the Lord our God:

The Greek word “ourano” for “heaven” in Rev 19:1 is singular, that means that the word “heaven” in Rev 19:1 is not talking about the place where God dwells, instead it is talking about the “sky”, if the Greek word for “heaven” were plural, then that would be talking about the place where God dwells.

The Greek word “gé” (ghay) for the words “the earth” in Rev 19:2 is referring to “land”, it is not referring to the entire planet.

Rev 19:3 And again they said, Alleluia And her smoke rose up forever and ever [her smoke goes up to the ages of the ages].

Rev 19:4 And the four and twenty elders and the four beasts fell down and worshiped God that sat on the throne, saying, Amen; Alleluia.

Rev 19:5 And a voice came out of the throne, saying, Praise our God, all you His servants, and those fearing Him, both small and great.

Rev 19:6 And I heard as it were the voice of a great multitude, and as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of mighty thunderings, saying, Alleluia: for has reigned the Lord the God of us the Almighty [the Ruler of the universe].

Rev 19:7 Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to Him [God]: for the marriage of the Lamb [Christ] is come, and his wife [the church] has made herself ready.

Rev 19:7 makes it very clear that Christ is not God.

Rev 19:8 And to her [the church] was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints.

Rev 19:9 And he [the angel (messenger) from Rev 17:1] saith unto me, Write, Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb. And he saith unto me, These are the true sayings of God.

Rev 19:10 And I fell at his feet to worship him [the angel (messenger)]. And he said unto me, do not do that: I am a fellow servant of you, and of your brothers [the church] that have the testimony of Yeshua: worship God: for the testimony of Yeshua is the spirit of prophecy.

Rev 19:11 And I saw the heaven [the sky] opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he judges and makes war.

Rev 19:11-13 is talking about Christ.

Rev 19:14 And the armies which were in the heaven [the sky] followed him [Christ] upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean.

Rev 19:15 And out of his [Christ’s] mouth goes forth a sharp sword, that with it he should strike down the nations [heathen world]: and he will rule them with a rod of iron: and he treads the winepress of the fury and of the wrath of God the Almighty [the Ruler of the universe].

Rev 19:15 shows that Christ is not God. God rules the nations (the heathen world) through Christ, God gave Christ that authority.

The “heathen world” that is spoken about in Rev 19:15 are the people that were alive during the time Revelation was written.

In Rev 17 and 18, Jerusalem received her judgment from God by God using the Romans to destroy Jerusalem, now in Rev 19, God uses Christ to “strike down” the heathen world, the heathen world was the Roman world, the Roman world was led by the Roman Empire, Rev 19 speaks about how God uses Christ to “strike down” the Roman Empire.

Rev 19:16 And he [Christ] has on his vesture [robe] and on his thigh a name written, King Of Kings, And Lord Of Lords.

Rev 19:17 And I saw an angel standing in the sun (sun light); and he cried with a loud voice, saying to all the fowls that fly in the midst of heaven (mid-sky), Come and gather yourselves together unto the supper of the great God;

The sun is said to be in mid-heaven, when it has reached the meridian, mid-heaven, the highest point in the heavens, which the sun occupies at noon. where what is done can be seen and heard by all. (Thayers Greek Lexicon)

The Amplified Bible’s translation of Rev 19:17 is the closest to the Greek text.

Rev 19:17 Amp Bible Then I saw a single angel stationed in the sun’s light, and with a mighty voice he shouted to all the birds that fly across the sky, Come, gather yourselves together for the great supper of God,

Rev 19:18 That you might eat [the] flesh of kings, and flesh of commanders, and [the] flesh of captains, and [the] flesh of horses and their riders, and [the] flesh of all men, both free men and slaves, and small and great!

Rev 19:18 is talking about what Rev 13:16 says.

Rev 13:16 And it [the false prophet] causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and slaves, to receive a mark [the mark of the beast (the mark of the Roman Empire) in their right hand, or in their foreheads:

“the flesh of all men, both free men and slaves, small and great!” spoken of in Rev 19:18 are the people that received the mark of the beast (the mark of the Roman Empire) that Rev 13:16 talks about.

In Rev 19, God has Christ kill all who received the mark of the beast [the mark of the Roman Empire].

The number of the beast that is spoken of in Rev 1318 is a number of a man, that man is Nero Caesar. The “beast” that is spoken about in Rev 13:1 is the Roman Empire led by Nero Caesar.

In Rev 13:18 John shows who the beast is by using numbers, the numbers of Nero’s name =  666, by using a number to letter code called gematria, John was telling the seven churches that Revelation was written to, that Nero is the beast of Rev 13:1, without saying Nero’s name. The numerical values of the Hebrews letters of Neron Kesar (Nero Caesar) = 666.

A Hebrew spelling of Nero Caesar’s name was Nrwn Qsr.

The “mark of the beast” that is written about in Rev 13:16, means that the people pledge their allegiance to the beast, those who pledged their allegiance to Caesar, pledged their allegiance to the Roman Empire, those who pledged their allegiance to the Roman Empire, spiritually wore the mark of the Roman Empire, the number of the beast is not a “microchip”. The number of the beast has nothing to do with our time period.

Rev 13:18 Here is wisdom. Let him who has understanding calculate the number of the beast [the Roman Empire], for the number is that of a man [Nero Caesar]; and his number is six hundred and sixty-six.

The mark of the beast means that those who pledge allegiance to the Roman Empire, wear the mark of the Roman Empire, in Rev 13, the Roman Empire is led by Nero, God made Nero commit suicide in AD68, 2 yrs before Jerusalem was destroyed, but all the people who continued to pledge their allegiance to the Roman Empire, wore the mark of the Roman Empire long after God had Nero kill himself.

Rev 19:19 And I saw the beast [the Roman Empire], and the kings of the earth [the land], and their armies, gathered together to make [the] war against him [Christ] that sat on the horse, and against his army.

The Greek word “gé” (ghay) for the words “the earth” in Rev 19:19 is referring to “land”, it is not referring to the entire planet.

Rev 19:20 And the beast [the Roman Empire] was taken, and with it the false prophet [the 2nd beast of Rev 13] who performed miracles before it, with which it [the false prophet] deceived them that had received the mark of the beast [the mark of the Roman Empire]  and them that worshiped it’s [the Roman Empire’s] image. These both were cast alive into the lake of fire burning with brimstone.

The English translation of Rev 19:20 says that the beast is a “he”, but the Greek word “therion” for the English word “beast” in Rev 19:20 is neuter gender, the Greek word “therion” means “a wild beast, animal”, therefore the “beast” is an “it”, not a “he”.

The “beast” spoken of in Rev 19:20 is the Roman Empire led by Caesar.

The “false prophet” in Rev 19:20 is the second beast that Rev 13:11 speaks of.

The first beast in Rev 13 is the Roman Empire empowered by the dragon (the dragon is Rome), so in Rev 19:20 both beasts of Rev 13 are cast into the lake of fire. The dragon (Rome) is cast into the lake fire in Rev 20:10.

Rev 19:21 And the rest were killed with the sword of him [Christ] that sat upon the horse, which sword proceeded out of his mouth: and all the fowls were filled with their flesh.

Rev 19:20-21 talk about the day of the Lord, the day of the Lord is when God destroys the ungodly people by fire, 2 Pet 3:7 talks about the day of the Lord, the day of the Lord happened after God used the Romans to destroy Jerusalem in AD70.

Revelation is about things that happened before Jerusalem was destroyed, Revelation is about the destruction of Jerusalem, Revelation is about the day of the Lord, the day of the Lord happened after Jerusalem was destroyed, and Revelation talks about the “new heavens and new earth” that 2 Peter 3:13 talks about.

The “new heavens and new earth” is spiritual, it is not a new planet, “new Jerusalem” that is spoken about in Rev 21, is the church, the church are the people that believe God’s Son, Yeshua is the Messiah (the Christ), that don’t practice sin.

Revelation is not about our time period, everything in Revelation has already happened, everything in the New Testament has already happened.

In Revelation 18, Babylon Is Jerusalem

Rev 18:20 Rejoice over her, O heaven, and [you] saints, and apostles, and prophets; for God has judged her (Jerusalem) for how she treated you.

Rev 18:1 And after these things I saw another angel come down from heaven (the sky), having great power; and the earth (the land) was lightened with his glory.

The Greek word “gé” (ghay) for the words “the earth” in Rev 18:1 is referring to “land”, it is not referring to the entire planet.

The Greek word “ouranou” for “heaven” in Rev 18:1 is singular, that means that the word “heaven” in Rev 18:1 is not talking about the place where God dwells, instead it is talking about the “sky”, had the Greek word “ouranos” meaning “heavens” been used, that would be talking about the place where God dwells.

Rev 18:2 And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great [Jerusalem] is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils [demons], and the hold of every foul [unclean] spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird.

The Greek word for “demons” in Rev 18:2 is neuter gender, that means that demons are not fallen angels. The Greek word for angel is masculine gender, if the Greek word for “demons” were masculine, then “demons would be fallen angels. The Bible does not support the teaching that says, “demons are fallen angels.”

The Greek word for “foul” in Revelation 18:2 is “akathartos”, “akathartos” means  “impure, unclean (tainted by sin)”, the word “akathartos” is neuter gender, an unclean spirit is a result of sin, an unclean spirit is not a fallen angel.

Rev 18:3 For all nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, and the kings of the earth [the land] have committed fornication with her [Jerusalem], and the merchants of the earth [the land] are waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies.

Rev 18:7 To the degree that she [Jerusalem] glorified herself, and lived in sensual, lustful behavior (self-indulgence), to same degree give her torment and mourning: for she says in her heart, I sit a queen, and am no widow, and will never see mourning.

Rev 18:8 Therefore shall her plagues come in one day, death, and mourning, and famine; and she shall be utterly burned with fire: for strong is the Lord God who judges her [Jerusalem].

Rev 17:16 And the ten horns [the ten kings], which you saw upon the beast [the Roman Empire], these shall hate the whore [Jerusalem], and shall make her desolate and naked, and shall eat her flesh, and burn her with fire.

Rev 18:8 talks about the destruction of Jerusalem, Jerusalem was destroyed in AD 70, Rev 18:8 proves Revelation was written before AD 70. Rev 17:16, Rev 18:8, and Rev 18:9 are talking about the destruction of Jerusalem before it happened. Jerusalem had not yet been destroyed when Revelation was written.

Rev 18:9 And the kings of the earth [the land], who have committed fornication and lived in sensual, lustful behavior (self-indulgence) with her [Jerusalem], will weep, and mourn over her, when they see the smoke of her burning,

Rev 18:11 And the merchants of the earth [the land] shall weep and mourn over her [Jerusalem]; for no one buys their merchandise any more:

Rev 18:14 And the fruits that thy soul lusted after are departed from thee, and all things which were dainty and goodly are departed from thee, and thou shalt find them no more at all.

Rev 18:15 The merchants of these things, which were made rich by her, shall stand afar off because of the fear of her torment, weeping and mourning,

Rev 18:16 And saying, Alas, alas that great city [Jerusalem], that was clothed in fine linen, and purple, and scarlet, and decked with gold, and precious stones, and pearls!

Rev 18:17 For in one hour has been made desolate such great wealth. And every shipmaster, and all the company in ships, and sailors, and as many as trade by sea, stood afar off,

Rev 18:19 And they cast dust on their heads, and cried, weeping and mourning, saying, Alas, alas that great city [Jerusalem], wherein were made rich all that had ships in the sea by reason of her costliness! for in one hour she has been made desolate.

Rev 17:16, Rev 18:17 and Rev 18:19 are talking about the destruction of Jerusalem.

Rev 18:22 And the sound of harpists, and musicians, and flute-players, and trumpeters, shall be heard no more at all in you; and no craftsman, of whatsoever craft he be, shall be found any more in you; and the sound of a millstone [a hand-mill used for grinding grain with a stationary, lower stone ground against an upper stone that was turned] shall be heard no more at all in you [Jerusalem];

Rev 18:23 And the light of a candle shall shine no more at all in you; and the voice of the bridegroom and of the bride shall be heard no more at all in you: for your merchants were the great men of the earth [the land]; for by your sorceries [seductions and deceptions of idolatry] were all nations deceived.

Rev 18:24 And in her [Jerusalem] was found the blood of prophets, and of saints, and of all that were slain upon the earth [the land].

“Babylon” in Rev 18 is Jerusalem, Jerusalem made an alliance with the beast (the Roman Empire), and then the 10 kings that gave their power and authority to the Roman Empire in Rev 17:13, destroyed Jerusalem.

Some of Revelation is not written in chronological order, so it won’t make sense if one reads Revelation like one would read a book, for example Rev 17 talks about how the ten kings destroyed Jerusalem (Rev 17:16) , and then Rev 18:8 explains that the destruction of Jerusalem is God’s judgement, God used the Romans to destroy Jerusalem, and Rev 18 further describes God’s judgement on Jerusalem.

Rev 14:8 talks about the destruction of Jerusalem, so that shows the reader that some of Revelation is not written in chronological order, it is because some of Revelation is not written in chronological order that people get confused when they read Revelation.

There is only one “great city” also known as “Babylon” that is destroyed in Revelation and that city is Jerusalem. The destruction of Jerusalem happened, and then the day of the Lord happened, those 2 events are spoken about in some of the same chapters in Revelation.

When one understands that Revelation is about the destruction of Jerusalem, and that Revelation is about the day of the Lord, and that Revelation is about the new heavens and new earth that God created after the day of the Lord, then Revelation will make sense.

Revelation talks about before the destruction of Jerusalem, Revelation talks about the destruction of Jerusalem, Revelation talks about the day of the Lord, the day of the Lord happened immediately after Jerusalem was destroyed, and Revelation talks about the new heavens and new earth that God created after the day of the Lord.

The new heavens and new earth is spiritual, it is not a new planet, “new Jerusalem” in Rev 21 is the church, the church (new Jerusalem) are the people who believe Yeshua is the Messiah that don’t practice sin.

Rev 17, “Babylon” Is Jerusalem

Rev 17:1 One of the seven angels who had the seven bowls then came and spoke to me, saying, Come with me! I will show you the doom (sentence, judgment) of the great harlot (idolatress) who is seated on many waters,

Rev 17:2  [She] with whom the rulers of the earth [the land] have joined in prostitution (idolatry) and with the wine of whose immorality (idolatry) the inhabitants of the earth [the land] have become intoxicated.

Rev 17:3  And he carried me away in the Spirit into a wilderness; and I saw a woman sitting on a scarlet beast, full of blasphemous names, having seven heads and ten horns

Rev 17:4  The woman was robed in purple and scarlet and bedecked with gold, precious stones, and pearls, [and she was] holding in her hand a golden cup full of the accursed offenses and the filth of her lewdness {and} vice.

Rev 17:5  And on her forehead there was inscribed a name of mystery [with a secret symbolic meaning]: Babylon the great, the mother of prostitutes (idolatresses) and of the filth {and} atrocities {and} abominations of the earth [the land].

Rev 17:6  I also saw that the woman was drunk, [drunk] with the blood of the saints (God’s people) and the blood of the martyrs [who witnessed] for Christ. And when I saw her, I was utterly amazed {and} wondered greatly.

Rev 17:7  But the angel said to me, Why do you wonder? I will explain to you the [secret symbolic meaning of the] mystery of the woman, as well as of the beast having the seven heads and ten horns that carries her.

Rev 17:8  The beast that you saw [once] was, but [now] is no more, and it is going to come up out of the Abyss (the bottomless pit) and proceed to go to perdition. And the inhabitants of the earth [the land] whose names have not been recorded in the Book of Life from the foundation of the world will be astonished when they look at the beast because it [once] was, but [now] is no more, and it is [yet] to come.

The Greek word “gé” (ghay) for the words “the earth” in Rev 17:8 is referring to “land”, it is not referring to the entire planet.

The English Bible says the beast is a “he”, but the Greek word for “beast” in Rev 17 is neuter gender, therefore the “beast” in Rev 17 is an “it”, not a “he.” The “beast” is the Roman Empire.

Rev 17:9 Here is the mind which has wisdom. The seven heads are seven mountains on which the woman [Jerusalem] sits,

The Greek word for “mountains” in Rev 17:9 means “mountain, hill”, so Rev 17:9 can also say, “the seven heads are seven hills” and that would be Rome.

Rev 17:10 and there are seven kings; five have fallen, one is, the other has not yet come; and when he comes, he must remain a little while.

Rev 17:10 talks about 7 Roman Caesars, 5 are no longer in power, one is in power, and one has not come into power, and when he comes into power, he will be in power for a little while.

Five have fallen, is a reference to the five Caesars who had died by this time, Julius Caesar, Augustus, Tiberius, Caligula, and Claudius. One is, which is a reference to Nero, the current emperor at the time Revelation is written.

The seventh emperor we are told is a future one who will only lead for a little while. This is a reference to Galba who reigned for seven months during 68-69 CE. However, the eighth king in Rev 17:11 is a bit of a mystery because there are two men who led for a very short time (a few months), Otho and Vitellus. The eighth emperor is more than likely Vespasian who became emperor in 69 CE.

Vespasian was once the mightiest of the Roman generals, but was banished from Nero’s presence, during the time that John was writing, because he left several times during performances while Nero was singing or fell asleep if he remained. He was brought back to power to squelch the Jewish rebellions because of an old-established belief from the Orient that men from Judea would rule the world at this time (Suetonius: De Vita Caesarum–Divus Vespasianus, Section IV). A few short years later, Vespasian became emperor.

Therefore, since Rome had struggled through the reigns of Galba, Otho, and Vitellus, Vespasian’s reign represented a resurrection of the Roman Empire’s power. Vespasian defeated most of Judea and sent his son Titus to destroy Jerusalem.

Rev 17:11 The beast [the Roman Empire] which was and is not, is himself also an eighth and is {one} of the seven, and goes into destruction.

The beast is the Roman Empire lead by Caesar, therefore the beast and Caesar are one, the beast is an “it”, and Caesar is a “he”

Rev 17:12 The ten horns which you saw are ten kings who have not yet received a kingdom, but they receive authority as kings with the beast [the Roman Empire] for one hour.

Rev 17:13 These [the ten kings] have one purpose, and they give their power and authority to the beast [the Roman Empire]

Rev 17:14 These will wage war against the Lamb [Christ] and the Lamb will overcome them, because he is Lord of lords and King of kings, and those who are with him {are the} called and chosen and faithful.

Rev 17:15 and he [the angel] said to me, the waters which you saw, where the whore [Jerusalem] sits, are peoples and multitudes, and nations, and tongues.

Rev 17:16 And the ten horns [the ten kings], which you saw upon the beast [the Roman Empire], these shall hate the whore [Jerusalem], and shall make her desolate and naked, and shall eat her flesh, and burn her with fire.

The Greek text, “Textus Receptus” says, “And the ten horns, which you saw upon the beast, these shall hate the whore” and the Westcott & Hort Greek text says, “And the ten horns that you saw, and the beast, these shall hate the whore” in Rev 17:16 – the KJB (King James Bible) comes from the TR, all other English translations come from the W&H.

Since the TR was written before the W&H, I am using Rev 17:16 from the KJB.

That’s one example of how the 2 Greek New Testaments are not the same, and that shows that the Greek New Testament has been changed by man.

Rev 17:16 is talking about the destruction of Jerusalem, Jerusalem was destroyed in AD70, Revelation 17:16 proves Revelation was written before AD70.

Rev 17:17 For God has put in their hearts to fufill His will, and to agree, and give their kingdom to the beast [the Roman Empire], until the words of God shall be fulfilled.

The word “their” in Rev 17:17 is referring to the ten kings that give their power and authority to the beast (the Roman Empire) in Rev 17:13).

Rev 17:18 And the woman who you saw is the great city [Jerusalem], which reigns over the kings of the earth [the land].

The Greek word “gé” (ghay) for the words “the earth” in Rev 17:18 is referring to “land”, it is not referring to the entire planet.

“Babylon” in Rev 17 is Jerusalem, Jerusalem made an alliance with the beast (the Roman Empire), and then the 10 kings that gave their power and authority to the Roman Empire destroyed Jerusalem, that’s what Revelation 17 is about. Revelation is not about our time period.

Revelation talks about before the destruction of Jerusalem, Revelation talks about the destruction of Jerusalem, Revelation talks about the day of the Lord, the day of the Lord happened immediately after Jerusalem was destroyed, and Revelation talks about the new heavens and new earth that God created after the day of the Lord, the new heavens and new earth is spiritual, it is not a new planet, “new Jerusalem” in Rev 21 is the church, the church are the people who believe Yeshua is the Messiah that don’t practice sin.

God Hasn’t Given Everyone A Measure Of Faith

2 Thess 3:2  & that we (the church) may be delivered from unreasonable & wicked men: for all men have not faith (God’s divine persuasion).

The Greek word “pistis” for the word “faith” means “be persuaded”. “Faith is always a gift from God, & never something that can be produced by people. In short “pistis” (“faith”) for the believer is ‘God’s divine persuasion’.”

The Bible doesn’t contradict itself, if one verse says, “for all men have not faith”, then no verse in the Bible can say, “God has given everyone a measure of faith.”

In order to understand who the author of Romans is talking to in Romans 12:3, one must first read Romans 12:1, Romans 12:1 makes it very clear who the author is talking to in Romans 12.

Rom 12:1  I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.

In Romans 12:1 the word “brethren” is referring to the church, therefore in Romans 12:3, the author is not saying, God has given everyone in the world a measure of faith, the author is saying, God has given everyone in the church a measure of faith.

Rom 12:3  For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you [the church], not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man [in the church] a measure of faith [pistis – God’s divine persuasion].

2 Thess 3:2 proves the truth that God has not given everyone in the world a measure of faith.

2 Thess 3:2  And that we [the church] may be delivered from unreasonable and wicked men: for all men have not faith [pistis – God’s divine persuasion].

Now, it’s important to understand that just because God persuades someone to believe that His Son, Yeshua is the Messiah, that that doesn’t mean, that the person is born from above (Christian). There are many people that believe Yeshua is the Messiah but they don’t stop practicing sin, those people are not born from above, the Bible makes it very clear that a Christian is someone that believes Yeshua is the Messiah (Christ) that no longer practices sin.

1 Jn 5:1  Whoever believes Yeshua is the Messiah is born of God [born of the Spirit].

1 Jn 3:9  No one born of God practices sin, because His seed [the Holy Spirit] abides in him or her; and he or she cannot sin, because he or she is born of God [born of the Spirit].

1 Jn 5:18  We know [absolutely] that anyone born of God [born of the Spirit] does not [deliberately and knowingly] practice committing sin, but the One Who was begotten of God carefully watches over {and} protects him [Christ’s divine presence within him preserves him against the evil], and the wicked one [the spirit of the natural man] does not lay hold (get a grip) on him {or} touch [him].

No one has to say a prayer, confess sin, or be water baptized to be born of the Spirit.

To be born of the Spirit (born from above), a person first has to believe God’s Son, Yeshua is the Messiah, and then, God willing, God will baptize the person in the Holy Spirit, it is the baptism in the Holy Spirit that makes a person stop practicing sin.

The baptism in the Holy Spirit is the repentance that leads to life (Acts 11:16-18), without the baptism in the Holy Spirit nobody belongs to God.

Only those who are baptized in the Holy Spirit are Christian.

Jn 3:8  The wind blows (breathes) where it wills; and though you hear its sound, yet you neither know where it comes from nor where it is going. So it is with everyone who is born of the Spirit [born from above].

In the world today there are many people that claim to be Christian that say, “God has given everyone a measure of faith”, but the Bible doesn’t agree with that teaching.

A Christian is someone that is led by the Holy Spirit, no one led by the Holy Spirit will ever say, “God has given everyone a measure of faith”, because that doesn’t agree with the Bible. No one led by the Holy Spirit will ever say something that doesn’t agree with the Bible.

If someone claims to be Christian and says something that doesn’t agree with what Christ taught, the person is not led by the Holy Spirit, the person is led by the flesh, those who are led by the flesh are not the children of God.

Rom 8:13  For if you live according to [the dictates of] the flesh, you will surely die. But if through the power of the [Holy] Spirit you are [habitually] putting to death (making extinct, deadening) the [evil] deeds prompted by the body, you shall [really and genuinely] live forever.

Rom 8:14  For all who are led by the Spirit of God [the Holy Spirit] are the children of God.

In the world today there are many people that claim to be Christian that say it is ok for there to be different denominations in the church, that it is ok for a Christian to believe something different than what another Christian believes, but the Bible does not support different denominations in the church, 1 Corinthians 1:10 says that the church is supposed to believe the same thing.

1 Cor. 1:10 – But I urge {and} entreat you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Yeshua the Messiah, that all of you be in perfect harmony {and} full agreement in what you say, and that there be no dissensions {or} factions {or} divisions among you, but that you be perfectly united in your common understanding and in your opinions {and} judgments.

The Kingdom Of God

Revelation 3:14 these things says the A-men, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation of God

Yeshua the Messiah was the first man to be born of woman and the the Holy Spirit, Yeshua the Messiah was not born of man and woman that is why he was born sinless, had Yeshua the Messiah been born of man and woman, he would have inherited the sinful nature of the natural man, Adam, and would not have been God’s Son, the Messiah.

Yeshua the Messiah was a new creation of man, the Holy Spirit that dwelled in Yeshua the Messiah is what made that new creation, without that new creation the new world would not exist because no one could be born of the Spirit if Yeshua the Messiah was never born.

Yeshua the Messiah is the first man and the last man to ever be born sinless, therefore he is the first and last, the beginning and the end of the new creation of God

After God resurrected Yeshua the Messiah from the dead, the new world began, that is the world that God made through Yeshua the Messiah that is spoken of in the New Testament, the new world are those who are born of the Spirit

Colossians 1:16 for by Yeshua the Messiah were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or authorities, or rulers: all things were created by him, and for him

:17 And he is before all things, and in him all things exist

:18 And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the first born from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence.

Yeshua the Messiah is reigning in all who are born of God by the Holy Spirit that dwells in them.

The kingdom of God is here now, it is not a future event, the kingdom of God dwells inside those who are born of the Spirit

The kingdom of God is not a physical kingdom, it is a spiritual kingdom, all who believe Yeshua is the Messiah that no longer practice sin are born of God, or born of the Spirit, those who are born of the Spirit see the kingdom of God and enter the kingdom of God (John 3:3 & John 3:5)

John 3:3 Yeshua answered and said to Nicodemus, truly, truly, I say to you, unless a man be born from above [born of the Spirit], he cannot see the kingdom of God

John 3:5 Yeshua answered, truly, truly, I say to you, unless a man be born of water and of the Spirit [born of the Spirit], he cannot enter the kingdom of God

John 3:8 The wind blows where it wishes and you hear the sound of it, but do not know where it comes from and where it is going; so is everyone who is born of the Spirit

Thou Shall Not Murder

The bible doesn’t say “Thou shall not kill”, it says, “Thou shall not murder”, if a thief is killed during his or her crime, that isn’t murder according to God. Exodus 22:2 If a thief is caught while breaking in and is struck so that he dies, there will be no bloodguiltiness on his account.

A person commits murder when he or she plans to kill someone, but when a person is killed while doing wrong, such as a man having sex with another man’s wife, or a thief breaking into someone’s house, that person wasn’t murdered, that person was killed. Murder is intentional unjustified homicide.

Anyone that is killed for doing wrong isn’t murder, if someone intends to do something wrong and that person is killed for his or her crime, that isn’t murder, that is justice.

God uses people to kill, but those who God uses to commit murder are led by the flesh, no one led by the Spirit will commit murder, a person led by the Spirit might kill someone, but never commit murder, the New Testament makes it very clear that those who commit murder are led by the flesh, no one led by the flesh belongs to God.

Proverbs 16:9 The mind of man plans his way, but God determines his steps.

Galatians 5:19 Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness,

:20 Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies,

:21 Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.

The Church Is Spiritual

A church is a group of people, a church is not a building, any group of people can be a church. A Christian is someone that is born of the Spirit (Jn 3:3-8), therefore the Christian church, the church of Yeshua the Messiah is the group of people that are born of the Spirit, the Christian church is spiritual, a Christian does not “go to church”, a Christian is the church.

John 3:3 The Messiah answered and said to Nicodemus, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born from above [born of the Spirit] he cannot see the kingdom of God.

3:4 Nicodemus said to Him, “How can a man be born when he is old? He cannot enter a second time into his mother’s womb and be born, can he?

3:5 The Messiah answered, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit [born of the Spirit] he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.

3:6 That which is born of the flesh [natural birth, born of man and woman] is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit [Spiritual birth, born of God] is spirit.

3:7 Do not be amazed that I said to you, `You must be born from above [born of the Spirit].’

The Christian church is the group of people that believe God’s Son, Yeshua is the Messiah, that no longer practice sin.

Matt 5:32 The True Meaning Of Fornication

In Matt 5:32, Christ isn’t saying a man can divorce his wife, if she cheats on him while they are married, Christ is saying, a man can divorce his wife, if she was not a virgin before they were married.

The New Testament does not support the teaching that says, “a Christian can divorce his or her spouse, and marry someone else if the husband or wife cheats on his or her spouse”. The only reason a husband can divorce his wife and not commit adultery, is if his wife was not a virgin before they were married.

A woman that has sex before she is married commits fornication, that is the definition of “fornication” in Matthew 5:32 in regards to a husband being allowed to divorce his wife. If a wife deceives her husband into thinking that she was a virgin before they were married, the husband can divorce her and not commit adultery, that’s what Matthew 5:32 is saying. porneia: fornication

The Greek word “poneia” for the word “fornication” in Matthew 5:32 means “fornication, whoredom; met: idolatry”. The Greek word for “fornication” in Matthew 5:32 doesn’t mean “adultery”

Matthew 5:32 is a word for the husband, not the wife, a wife is not supposed to divorce her husband, but if she does divorce her husband, she must remain unmarried, or be reconciled to her husband, or if her husband dies, she can marry another man.

A man that claims to be Christian, cannot divorce his wife if she cheats on him while they are married, and marry another woman, if a man that claims to be Christian does divorce his wife because she cheats on him while they are married, and marries another woman, the man and the woman that married him are in an adulterous relationship.

Matthew 5:32 – but I say to you that everyone who divorces his wife, except for {the} reason of unchastity, [except the wife not be a virgin before they are married] makes her commit adultery; and whoever marries a divorced woman commits adultery.

A woman that claims to be Christian is not supposed to divorce her husband, but if she does divorce her husband, she must remain unmarried, or be reconciled to her husband, if a woman that claims to be Christian divorces her husband and marries another man, while her first husband is alive, the woman and the man that she married are in an adulterous relationship.

Romans 7:3 – So then, if while her husband is living she is joined to another man, she shall be called an adulteress; but if her husband dies, she is free from the law, so that she is not an adulteress though she is joined to another man.

1 Corinthians 7:10-11 – But to the married people I give charge–not I but the Lord–that the wife is not to separate from her husband.

7:11 – But if she does [separate from and divorce him], let her remain single or else be reconciled to her husband. And [I charge] the husband [also] that he should not put away {or} divorce his wife.

The New Testament makes it very clear that those who commit adultery will not inherit the kingdom of God.

1 Corinthians 6:9-10 – Do you [those who are born from above] not know that the unrighteous {and} the wrongdoers will not inherit {or} have any share in the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived (misled): neither the impure {and} immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor those who participate in homosexuality,

6:10 – Nor cheats (swindlers and thieves), nor greedy graspers, nor drunkards, nor foulmouthed revilers {and} slanderers, nor extortioners {and} robbers will inherit {or} have any share in the kingdom of God.

Galatians – 5:19-21 – Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness,

Rev 11:2 Proves Revelation Was Written Before 70 AD

Rev 11:2 Leave out the court which is outside the temple & don’t measure it, for it has been given to the nations; & they will tread under foot the holy city (Jerusalem) for 42 months. Rev 11:2 is talking about the destruction of Jerusalem before Jerusalem was destroyed, Rev 11:2 proves Revelation was written before AD 70. Jerusalem was destroyed in AD 70.

The teaching that says, “Revelation was written after AD 70″ doesn’t agree with Rev 11:2.

Rev 4:1 proves the truth that everything in Revelation hadn’t happened before Revelation was written, which means Revelation wasn’t written after the destruction of Jerusalem.

Rev 4:1  After these things I looked, and behold, a door {standing} open in heaven, and the first voice which I had heard, like {the sound} of a trumpet speaking with me, said, “Come up here, and I will show you what must take place after these things.”

Rev 11:1  A reed [as a measuring rod] was then given to me, [shaped] like a staff, and I was told: Rise up and measure the sanctuary of God and the altar [of incense], and [number] those who worship there.

Rev 11:2  But leave out of your measuring the court outside the sanctuary of God; omit that, for it is given over to the Nations, and they will trample the holy city [Jerusalem] underfoot for 42 months (three and one-half years).

Lk 21:6 & Lk 21:20 are talking about the destruction of Jerusalem. The “tribulation” that is spoken of in Matt 24:21 is the destruction of Jerusalem.

It took the Romans three and a half years to destroy Jerusalem.

Lk 21:6  As for all this that you [thoughtfully] look at, the time will come when there shall not be left here one stone upon another that will not be thrown down.

Lk 21:20  But when you [the disciples] see Jerusalem surrounded by armies, then know {and} understand that her desolation has come near.

Matt 24:21  For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be

Matt 24:34  Truly I say to you, this generation will not pass away until all these things take place.

The statement, “this generation will not pass until all these things take place” in Matt 24:34 is referring to the time period of the disciples, it is not referring to our time period, we are not that generation, we are not in the “last days”.

The truth is, Revelation was not written for this time period, Revelation was written to only seven churches in Asia that were alive during the time that Revelation was written (Rev 1:4 & Rev 1:11).

Rev 1:4  John to the seven churches which are in Asia

Rev 1:11 what you see, write in a book, and send it to the seven churches which are in Asia: to Ephesus and to Smyrna and to Pergamum and to Thyatira and to Sardis and to Philadelphia and to Laodicea.”

Everything that is written in Revelation was to happen quickly (Rev 1:1, Rev 22:10, Rev 22:12 & Rev 22:20).

Rev 1:1  The Revelation of Yeshua Christ, which God gave unto him, to shew unto his servants things which must shortly come to pass; and he sent and signified it by his angel unto his servant John:

Rev 22:10  “Do not seal up the words of the prophecy of this book, for the time is near.”

Rev 22:12  “Behold, I [Christ] am coming quickly, and my reward {is} with me, to render to every man according to what he has done.”

Revelation was written before AD 70, that means that everything in Revelation has already happened.

Anyone that says Revelation is about this time period is adding to the book, Rev 22:18 is a warning to anyone that adds to the book.

Rev 22:18  I testify to everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: if anyone adds to them, God will add to him the plagues which are written in this book;

Rev 22:19  and if anyone takes away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God will take away his part from the tree of life and from the holy city, which are written in this book.

Rev 22:20  He who testifies to these things says, “Yes, I am coming quickly. Amen. Come, Lord Yeshua.

There Are 2 Greek Texts That The New Testament Comes From

The King James New Testament comes from the “Textus Receptus”, all other English New Testaments come from a text by Westcott & Hort.

If you have a Bible that does not have 1 John 5:7 in it, then your bible was made using the Westcott & Hort Greek New Testament, which means Westcott & Hort removed parts of the Bible that are in the Textus Receptus.

This does not mean that I believe the King James Bible is the true word of God, the King James is not 100% truth, no English Bible is 100% truth, because Greek cannot be translated correctly to English.

The Textus Receptus was written before the Westcott & Hort, now if the Westcott and Hort text is missing verses that are in the Textus Receptus, then how can the teaching that says, “the English Bible is 100% truth”, be true, when one English translation has verses missing, that are in the King James?
