In Jn 8:44, Christ says the devil was a murderer from the beginning, so Ezek 28:15 can’t be talking about satan.
John 8:44 – You are of {your} father the devil, and you want to do the desires of your father. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth because there is no truth in him. Whenever he speaks a lie, he speaks from his own {nature,} for he is a liar and the father of lies.
Ezekiel 28:15 – You were blameless in your ways From the day you were created until unrighteousness was found in you
The truth is, satan is not a fallen angel, none of the angels (celestial beings) sinned, Ezekiel 28:13-17 is talking about a man, the king of Tyrus, not a fallen angel.
Psalm 103:19-21 and Hebrews 1:14 make it very clear that all angels (celestial beings) obey God, which means the teaching that says, “satan, the devil is a fallen angel” is false.
Psalm 103:19 – The LORD has established His throne in the heavens, And His sovereignty rules over all.
Psalm 103:20 – Bless the LORD, you His angels, Mighty in strength, who perform His word, Obeying the voice of His word!
Psalm 103:21 – Bless the LORD, all you His hosts, You who serve Him, doing His will.
Hebrews 1:14 – Are not the angels all ministering spirits (servants) sent out in the service [of God for the assistance] of those who are to inherit salvation?

A Christian is someone that is led by the Holy Spirit, no one led by the Holy Spirit will ever say,”satan, the devil is a fallen angel”, because that does not agree with what the Bible says. No one led by the Holy Spirit will ever say something that does not agree with what the Bible says.
If someone claims to be Christian and says something that does not agree with the truth that is written in the Bible, the person is not led by the Holy Spirit, the person is led by the flesh, those who are led by the flesh are not the children of God.
Romans 8:14 – For all who are led by the Spirit of God are the children of God.
In the world today there are many people that claim to be Christian that say it is ok for there to be different denominations in the church, that it is ok for a Christian to believe something different than what another Christian believes, but the Bible does not support different denominations in the church, 1 Corinthians 1:10 says that the church is supposed to believe the same thing.
1 Cor. 1:10 – But I urge {and} entreat you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Yeshua the Messiah, that all of you be in perfect harmony {and} full agreement in what you say, and that there be no dissensions {or} factions {or} divisions among you, but that you be perfectly united in your common understanding and in your opinions {and} judgments.
