No One Born Of The Spirit Has To Go To Bible College

The anointing you received from him (the Holy Spirit) abides in you, & you do not need anyone to teach you. Instead, because his anointing teaches you about everything & is true & not a lie, abide in him, as he taught you to do.(1 Jn 2:27)

Those who say, “God’s people have to go to Bible college in order to teach the truth that is in the Bible”, don’t speak the truth.

1 Cor. 1:27 – for God selected (deliberately chose) what in the world is foolish to put the wise to shame, and what the world calls weak to put the strong to shame

1 Cor. 1:28 – And God also selected (deliberately chose) what in the world is lowborn {and} insignificant and branded {and} treated with contempt, even the things that are nothing, that He might depose {and} bring to nothing the things that are,

1 Cor. 1:29 – So that no mortal man should [have pretense for glorying and] boast in the presence of God.

1 Jn 2:26 – I write this to you with reference to those who would deceive you [seduce and lead you astray].

1 Jn 2:27 – The anointing which you received from him abides in you, and you do not need anyone to teach you. Instead, because his anointing teaches you about everything and is true and not a lie, abide in him, as he taught you to do.

Jn 16:13 – But when He, the Spirit of Truth (the Truth-giving Spirit) comes, He will guide you into all the Truth (the whole, full Truth). For He will not speak His own message [on His own authority]; but He will tell whatever He hears [from the Father; He will give the message that has been given to Him], and He will announce {and} declare to you the things that are to come [that will happen in the future].

Those who say, “God’s people have to go to Bible college in order to teach the truth that is in the Bible”, don’t speak the truth.

Bible college is a place that is used to indoctrinate people about false beliefs that man has made up about the Bible. No one led by the Holy Spirit will ever say a person has to go to Bible college to teach the truth that is in the Bible, all a person needs is the Holy Spirit to teach the truth that is in the Bible.

Bible Colleges, just like many churches are nothing but greedy businesses speaking lies in order to make a lot of money from people that have been deceived into thinking that they are being taught the truth.

    • Hi Bella, thank you for following my blog, and thank you for the re-blog.

I was born from above (born of the Spirit) 19 years ago, but for 18 of those years I was deceived by false teaching.

I used to believe in Bible College, but after God removed me from false teaching, God by the Holy Spirit that lives in me showed me 1 Jn 2:27-28, and then I no longer believed in Bible College.

If you have any questions about what I post please feel free to ask, the purpose of my blog is to teach the truth so that people will no longer be deceived by false teaching.

  2. For the last few months, I have been thinking along these lines. Where is the role of the Holy Spirit when we are busy disciplining ourselves with self help books, mentors… blogs 🙂

My question is what is the role of the teachers in the body of Christ?

    • Hi Daphyn, Prov 16:9 says that it is God that determines the steps of man, therefore it is God that makes everyone do what they do, God uses those who are led by the flesh to do evil, and God uses those who are born from above (born of the Spirit) to do good, everything that happens in life depends on God, not man, everything that happens in life happens according to God’s will, not man’s will (Eph 1:11)

Prov 16:9 the mind of man plans his way, but the LORD determines his steps.

Eph 1:11 In Him we [those who are born of the Spirit] also were made [God’s] heritage (portion) {and} we obtained an inheritance; for we had been foreordained (chosen and appointed beforehand) in accordance with His purpose, Who works out everything in agreement with the counsel {and} design of His [own] will

The role of a teacher in the body of Christ is to speak the truth and then let the Holy Spirit show people the truth, it is the Holy Spirit that guides a person into all the truth (Jn 16:13).

A person led by the Holy Spirit will never force anything on anyone. A person led by the Holy Spirit will speak the truth and then let the Holy Spirit show someone the truth.

Jn 16:13 But when He, the Spirit of Truth (the Truth-giving Spirit) comes, He will guide you into all the Truth (the whole, full Truth). For He will not speak His own message [on His own authority]; but He will tell whatever He hears [from the Father; He will give the message that has been given to Him], and He will announce {and} declare to you the things that are to come [that will happen in the future].

It’s important to understand that just because someone says that they are Christian, does not mean that the person is led by the Holy Spirit, in the world today, there are many people that claim to be Christian that do not speak the truth that is in the Bible,

for example, many people say that a person has to believe Christ is God to be Christian, but the New Testament never says that, the Biblical definition of a Christian is, someone that believes God’s Son, Yeshua is the Messiah, that doesn’t practicing sin (doesn’t live in sin), that’s the Biblical definition of a Christian.

Jn 20:31 these have been written that you may believe that Yeshua is the Christ (the Messiah), the Son of God and by believing you may have life in his name.

The statement “in his name” in Jn 20:31 is referring to believing Yeshua is the Messiah, it is not referring to believing in the name “Yeshua”

1 Jn 5:1 Whosoever believes Yeshua is the Messiah is born of God [born of the Spirit].

1 Jn 3:9 No one who is born of God [born of the Spirit] practices sin, because His seed [the Holy Spirit] abides in him or her; and he or she cannot sin, because he or she is born of God [born of the Spirit].

1 John 5:18 – We know [absolutely] that anyone born of God [born of the Spirit] does not [deliberately and knowingly] practice committing sin, but the One Who was begotten of God carefully watches over {and} protects him [Christ’s divine presence (the Holy Spirit) within him who is born of God preserves him against the evil], and the wicked one [the spirit of the natural man] does not lay hold (get a grip) on him {or} touch [him].

      Does that answer your question?

      • Again, there are a few things that I agree with but others that I do not. However, because this has been something that has been on my mind I cannot seem to let it go.

You know there is a portion in the Bible that talks about how he as called some to be teachers and then also another book that says he has placed the teachers in the Church. Right?

So then is the role of a teacher just to teach what has been revealed to him and then leave the role of revelation to the Holy Spirit.
This is what I hear you saying.

      • Yes, a teacher who is led by the Holy Spirit is supposed to speak the truth, and then let the Holy Spirit reveal the truth to whomever is supposed to see the truth.

Everything that happens in life has been predestined by God, those who have been predestined by God to be born from above, will see the truth, that’s for sure

Acts 4:27 For truly in this city there were gathered together against Your holy servant Yeshua, whom You [God] anointed, both Herod and Pontius Pilate, along with the nations and the peoples of Israel

Acts 4:28 to do whatever Your hand and Your purpose predestined to occur

Herod killed children and man killed Christ, and God made all that happen because God predestined all that to happen.

If someone is predestined by God to be a teacher of the truth, God will make that happen, no one by freewill is a teacher of the truth, no one by freewill does anything in life, the flesh makes a person do evil and the Holy Spirit makes a person obey God, no one can control the flesh and no one can control the Holy Spirit, which means that God makes the choice in everything that happens in everyone’s life.

  3. I think it’s semantics that is giving me a bit of a hard time.

And this is solely, my opinion and the interpretation I have – God does not “make” us for it is not in his nature to force us to do anything. I believe that if He has called me to be a teacher I have two options: Obedience or Disobedience but He will not make me obey him.

Now, I may choose disobedience for years on end until finally I find my way back to Him – but He will not force me onto the predestined path – does that make sense? However, in the event that I walk away from the path he has chosen for me then I will end up “dead” figuratively speaking.

    • Daphyn, the flesh will never obey God, the flesh hates God, the only way anyone can obey God is by having the Holy Spirit, which means that it is God that makes the choice in who obeys Him & who does not obey Him.

I am born from above (born of the Spirit) and God, by the Holy Spirit that lives in me makes me obey God. The only reason why I do anything right in the eyes of God is because the Holy Spirit makes me do what’s right. I have no choice in what happens in my life, if I disobey God, then I am led by the flesh, and if I obey God, then I am led by the Holy Spirit. God uses those who are led by the flesh to do evil, and God uses those who are led by the Holy Spirit to do good, and God makes the choice in everything.

Predestination means that God has chosen beforehand what will happen, and that means that God makes everything happen according to His will. No one can stop God’s predestined plan for their life. The choices that one makes is according to God’s predestined plan for their life, the flesh makes a person choose to disobey God, and the Holy Spirit makes a person choose to obey God

Phil 2:13 For it is God which works in you [who are born from above] to both will and to do of the good pleasure.

If you disobey God, it’s because the flesh makes me you disobey God, and if you obey God, it’s because the Holy Spirit makes you obey God.

God did not give man freewill, those that say, “God gave man freewill” are false teachers, those that do not stop teaching false before they die, are not born of the Spirit.

The Bible does not agree with the teaching that says, “God gave man freewill”. I hope you see that truth.

Jn 6:65 No one can come to me [Christ] unless it has been granted from God.

      1 Tim 6:3 If any man teach otherwise, and consent not to wholesome words, even the words of our Lord Yeshua Christ, and to the doctrine which is according to godliness;

1 Tim 6:4 He is puffed up with pride {and} stupefied with conceit, [although he is] woefully ignorant. He has a morbid fondness for controversy and disputes {and} strife about words, which result in (produce) envy {and} jealousy, quarrels {and} dissension, abuse {and} insults {and} slander, and base suspicions,

      1 Tim 6:5 And protracted wrangling {and} wearing discussion {and} perpetual friction among men who are corrupted in mind and bereft of the truth, who imagine that godliness {or} righteousness is a source of profit [a moneymaking business, a means of livelihood]. {From such withdraw.}
