God Answers Prayer According To His Will, Not Man’s Will

Everything that happens in life depends on God, not man. The Greek word for “faith” is “pistis”, “pistis” is “God’s divine persuasion.”

In the world today there are many people that claim to be Christian that say, “you must believe something will happen, for it to happen, and if what you are believing for, doesn’t happen, then you don’t have enough faith,” that teaching doesn’t agree with the Bible’s definition of “faith.”

The truth is, the only reason why something happens, that someone believes will happen, is because God makes it happen. Just because someone believes something will happen, doesn’t mean that God will make it happen.

Man’s definition of faith is not the same as the Bible’s definition of faith.

Man says, “pray & believe and it will happen”, the Bible says, “if you ask for anything that is according to God’s will, it will happen (1 Jn 5:14-15).” The Bible’s definition says nothing about believing, all a person has to do is desire something that is according to God’s will, and the person will receive what he or she desires.

A person can believe for anything that he or she wants to believe for, but that doesn’t mean that God will make it happen, but if God persuades someone to believe for something to happen, then God will make it happen, that’s a guarantee, if God persuades someone to believe that he or she will receive a car, then God will give that person a car, if God persuades someone to believe for a new job, then God will give that person a new job.

God provides everything that a person needs until it is time for the person to die.

Everything that happens in life happens according to God’s will, not man’s will.

Eph 1:11  In Him [Christ] we [those who are born from above] also were made [God’s] heritage (portion) {and} we obtained an inheritance; for we had been foreordained (chosen and appointed beforehand) in accordance with God’s purpose, Who works out everything in agreement with the counsel {and} design of His [own] will,

Since “faith” is God’s divine persuasion, the statement, “release your faith” doesn’t make sense, because no one can release something that they never had in the first place, and since “faith” is God’s divine persuasion, then no one has to step out in faith, because if God wants someone to do something, God will make the person do it.

In the world today there are many people that claim to be Christian that say, “if you want God to do something for you, then you have to step out in faith”, the Bible does not agree with that teaching.

In the world today there are many people that claim to be Christian that say, “you have to release your faith and then your prayers will be answered”, the Bible does not agree with that teaching.

The Bible doesn’t agree with the teaching that says, “God gave man freewill.”

Prov 16:9 The mind of man plans his way, but God determines his steps.

Heb 11:6  But without faith [God’s divine persuasion] it is impossible to please him [God]: for he that cometh to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him.

The only reason why anyone diligently seeks God is because God makes a person diligently seek Him, and the only reason why God answers prayer is because it is according to God’s will.

1 Jn 5:14  This is the confidence which we have toward him, that, if we ask anything according to His [God’s] will, He hears us.

1 Jn 5:15  And if we know that He hears us {in} whatever we ask, we know that we have the requests which we have asked from Him.

Everything that happens in life depends on God, not man, that’s what the Bible teaches.
