1 Corinthians 8:6

1 Cor. 8:6 proves the Messiah isn’t God. “there is one God, the Father, from whom are all things and we {exist} for Him; and one Lord, Yeshua the Messiah, by whom are all things, and we [those who are born of God] {exist} through him.”(1 Cor. 8:6)

Ephesians 4:5-6 One Lord [Yeshua the Messiah], one faith, one baptism [the Holy Spirit], one God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all and in you all [in all who are born of the Spirit].

John 1:1 English translation of the Greek translation – In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with [the] God, and God was the Word

2 Corinthians 5:19 God was in the Messiah reconciling the [chosen] world unto Himself.

The bible does not support the teaching that says, “you have to believe Christ (the Messiah) is God to be Christian”.

The bible says a person must believe Yeshua is the Messiah and after the person believes Yeshua is the Messiah, the person must stop practicing sin, only those who no longer practice sin that believe Yeshua is the Messiah, are Christian, that’s what the bible says,

John 20:31 these have been written that you might believe that Yeshua is the Messiah, the Son of God and by believing that you might have life in his name.

The statement “in his name” in John 20:31 is referring to, believing Yeshua is the Messiah, it is not referring to, believing in the name “Yeshua”.

1 John 5:1 Whosoever believe Yeshua is the Messiah is born of God [born of the Spirit].

1 John 3:9 No one born of God [born of the Spirit] practices sin.

The teaching that says, “you have to believe Christ (the Messiah) is God to be Christian” is false.

Acts 2:22 is another verse that proves Christ is not God, here’s a link to my post entitled “Acts 2:22 proves Christ Isn’t God”, that will explain more.
