John 1:1

John 1:1 doesn’t say, “the Messiah is God”, 2 Cor 5:19 confirms that truth

John 1:1 English translation of the Greek translation – In the beginning was the Word and the Word was with the God and God was the Word

2 Cor 5:19 God was in the Messiah, reconciling the world [God’s chosen people] unto Himself

If John 1:1 is saying the Messiah is God, then 2 Cor. 5:19 would say, “God was the Messiah”, not “God was in the Messiah”

The truth is, the Messiah was a man born of the Spirit of God, the Spirit of God is what made the Messiah one with God, God was in the Messiah by the Spirit of God that dwelled in the Messiah.

Yeshua the Messiah was & is not God, Yeshua the Messiah is the Son of God

The truth is, no one has to believe that Yeshua the Messiah is God to be born of God

To be born of God, a person must believe that Yeshua is the Messiah and stop practicing sin

1 John 3:9 No one born of God practices sin
1 John 5:1 Whosoever believes that Yeshua is the Messiah is born of God.

Isaiah 9:6 is a popular verse that many people use to say Christ is God, Isaiah 9:6 isn’t saying Christ is God, here’s a link to my post entitled “The True Meaning Of Isaiah 9:6″ that will explain more.
