When a person is born of the Spirit, he or she still has to deal with the sinful flesh, the flesh will always want to sin, but the Spirit will restrain the flesh & make God’s chosen vessel stop practicing sin. The New Testament makes it very clear that there will be people that claim to be born of God that do sinful things, but the New Testament also makes it very clear that anyone that is born of God does not practice sin
A person that claims to be born of God might have sex outside of marriage or commit adultery, but if the person is truly born of God, he or she will repent (turn away) from their sin & stop doing what they are doing & obey God, no one born of God will die practicing sin
Those that claim to be born of God that stop practicing sin are born of God & those that claim to be born of God that do not stop practicing sin are not born of God. Anyone that claims to be born of God that practices sin is to removed from the church. A person that is born of God is not supposed to associate with anyone that claims to be born of God that practices sin (1 Cor 5:9-13).
1 Cor. 5:9-13 I wrote to you in my letter not to associate with immoral people; I did not at all mean with the immoral people of this world, or with the covetous and swindlers, or with idolaters for then you would have to go out of the world. But actually, I wrote to you not to associate with any so-called brother [or sister] if he [or she] be an immoral person, or covetous, or an idolater, or a reviler, or a drunkard, or a swindler – not even to eat with such a one. For what have I to do with judging outsiders? Do you not judge those who are within the church? But those who are outside, God judges. Remove the wicked person from among yourselves
1 John 3:9 No one born of God practices sin
1 John 5:1 Whosoever believes that Yeshua is the Messiah is born of God
