Marriage

The truth is, a woman that is Christian that is married is not supposed to leave her husband & marry another man, if she does leave her husband & marry another man, she shall be called an adulteress until her first husband dies.

If a woman that is Christian that is married leaves her husband, she must remain unmarried or be reconciled to her husband, but if her husband dies, she may remarry

Romans 7:3 so then if, while her husband is alive, she be married to another man, she shall be called an adulteress: but if her husband be dead, she is free from that law; so that she is no adulteress, though she be married to another man

1 Cor. 7:10 And to the married I command, yet not I, but the Messiah, let not the wife depart from her husband: but and if she depart, let her remain unmarried or be reconciled to her husband: and let not the husband divorce his wife

  1. Thought you might find this interesting. Look up all references for adultery and adulteress and adulterer and you may find some interesting pieces to add here. I will give you a hint. Woman or the spiritual representation of woman, ie. Israel are made adulteresses by men. Also, to become an adulteress means you are in a relationship with someone who make you mundane and therefore less than what the Father intended for the spiritual Isha. Also, the term Christian is not used in these old testament scriptures. Christian is a term that others used to define those who followed the Christ but the disciples do not refer to themselves as such. The term begins in Antioch, but look at the references and you will see who actually uses these terms..Tell me what you think after you check it out?

    • To be honest I try to stay away from the term Christian, since many people in the world today call themselves Christian , but are definitely not led by the Spirit, but since both the Aramaic & Greek book of Acts uses a word that means “Christian” I can’t deny that word, I am definitely Christian, but I am not Christian according to the majority of people in the world today that claim to be Christian

Acts 11:25-26 And he left for Tarsus to look for Saul; and when he had found him, he brought him to Antioch. And it came about that for an entire year they met with the church, and taught considerable numbers; and the disciples were first called Christians in Antioch
